Terms & Conditions

Effective: 11 September 2026
These terms are a practical website draft for SK eStore Solutions. Have your legal/tax adviser review them before commercial launch, especially refund, tax, data-processing and licence clauses.

1. Acceptance

By using this website, requesting a trial, purchasing a subscription or using SKE LogicWorks software, you agree to these terms together with the applicable product licence, subscription terms and policies.

2. Product information

We aim to describe software accurately. Features, compatibility, supported versions, integrations and system requirements may change between releases. You should test the trial or confirm requirements before purchase.

3. Third-party products

SKE LogicWorks / SK eStore Solutions is an independent software provider. Tally, TallyPrime, WhatsApp, Meta, Google and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Unless expressly stated, no affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement is implied.

4. Trials

Trials are provided for evaluation and may be time-limited, feature-limited or installation-limited. We may restrict abuse, repeated trial creation or use that breaches law or platform rules.

5. Orders and payment

Commercial pricing may be provided by quote. Orders are accepted only after successful payment verification. Taxes, if applicable, will be handled as shown on the invoice or checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Razorpay or another authorised provider.

6. Use restrictions

You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, bypass activation controls, share licence credentials beyond the purchased scope, or use the software for unlawful, deceptive, spam or rights-infringing activity.

7. Support

Standard support channels are WhatsApp and support tickets during the published business hours of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST. Response times and support scope can vary by plan and issue.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, replace or discontinue features where reasonably necessary, including to respond to security, third-party API or regulatory changes. Material subscription changes should be communicated where practicable.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the software is provided subject to the agreed product terms and is not a substitute for independent accounting, legal or compliance advice. Liability exclusions or limits that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

10. Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws of India, subject to any mandatory consumer or other legal rights that apply.
