Software Licence / EULA
1. Licence grant
Subject to payment and the purchased plan, SK eStore Solutions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the licensed software for your internal business purposes during the subscription term and within the permitted installation/user limits.
2. Ownership
The software, code, design, documentation, licence mechanisms and related intellectual property remain owned by SK eStore Solutions or its licensors. This agreement grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership.
3. Restrictions
- Do not resell, rent, sublicense or commercially redistribute the software without written permission.
- Do not remove licence controls, copy-protection or proprietary notices.
- Do not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code except to the limited extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Do not share a licence beyond the installations, users or entities covered by the purchased plan.
4. Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party applications, accounts, APIs or approvals. Continued operation of those features can depend on third-party availability and policy. You are responsible for maintaining required third-party credentials and lawful permissions.
5. Updates
Updates and upgrades are supplied according to the purchased plan. Security or compatibility updates may change features where necessary.
6. Suspension and termination
Licence access may be suspended or terminated for expiry, non-payment, fraudulent activation, material breach, unlawful use or attempts to bypass licensing controls. Rights that by their nature survive termination remain in effect.
7. Data and backups
You remain responsible for appropriate backups of business data and for reviewing data before pushing changes into production accounting or other business systems.
8. Warranty and liability
The software is provided subject to any express written commitments in the applicable quote or plan. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. You should validate the software in your own environment before relying on it for critical operations.
